Yes, we have dined at Taco Bell. We enjoy the chalupas, especially when they are made with a freshly cooked shell. However, the last few times we ordered chalupas, they were cold and hard on the outside but warm in the middle. We have decided that next time, we will return them immediately for replacements. Overall, we have been frequenting Taco Bell for the past 30 years and most of the time it has been a good experience.

I ordered breakfast at the drive-thru. The lady asked if my order looked correct, to which I replied yes. However, when I got home, I realized they forgot the breakfast salsa, there was no bacon in my bacon burrito, and my tacos were also ruined. It seems like a simple job, so I don't understand how they could mess it up. I believe that people who are paid minimum wage are overcompensated for their work at this restaurant.

I placed an online order two days in a row for pickup at noon, but both days my order was not processed timely. I had to wait for my food to be prepared while on my lunch break from work. Today, Karen was at the front and I inquired about my order since it was not at the pickup area. She mentioned she had no idea what was happening. When working at the front, one should be aware of what is going on. There was another occasion when she was supposed to be working and just stood around while there were six people waiting. I have felt very disrespected during my last two visits.
