Milwaukee Burger Company Wausau

My son and I would go back alone for the cheeses. we have the rehearsal of curls and I liked all 4 species. the paprika cheese curds were somewhat too hot for my son, but he liked the other 3 species and they come with 3 different sauces to immerse them. so good, we also have the burger, the pommes and the milkshake special. all were decent. the charalate we ordered was also in order, nothing we should write about at home. but if you go, get the curls.

Has to leave negative reviews, but sometimes it is necessary to make changes. at the milwaukee burger co. in a wausau on the way to home from the northern wisconsin, because we were "satisfied with the food service of the chain, to other places. the restaurant was approx. 40% full when we arrived. within 10 minutes after the arrival and the time we ordered, the capacity was up to about 20% full. After we waited 20 minutes for our food, the waitress (maisyn) apologized for it. we appreciate the apology and waited a lot. after another 10 minutes, she apologized again. this time we were tempted, as we hoped to eat at our 5 hours drive to home. 45 minutes after the order came our food. the pommes of my man were cold. the waitress apologised for the 3rd time and said she would have brought out new riders immediately what she did. literal a strawberry, cut in 4 thin slices at the top my salat salat, which also had about 8 blueberries and 4 small pieces pine. if I hadn't ordered that to flood the salate, it would have been one of the most pathetic salads I've ever served. the manager came by and took the chicken sandwich of my man from the bill and gave us a $10 gift certificate for our problems being used in the future. there was no excuse from the manager. the waitress maisyn, who was fantastic and the only bright place in the restaurant, had apologised to us 4 different paints. for something that wasn't her fault. apparently it's under the management's gonna apologize? the gift certificate was a nice geste, but it will not be used at this place. the only reason this evaluation received 2 stars and not 1, is because maisyn was such a great waitress. we have her a $20 tip for a $28 bill (pre-batt). the management could take a few lections of maisyn.

I understand having to wait longer food but this was incredibly disappointing! two kids meals and 2 salads took over 45 minutes and then the order wasn't correct. beer cheese soup was amazing as always but french onion tasted nothing like french onion. the waitress was new and clearly needed more oversight! I don't blame her but it was frustrating seeing more than enough staff in a restaurant that was not busy and still have such a terrible experience.

First things first.... ASK FOR CHLOE <3 She was absolutely wonderful!! She goes above and beyond, she held awesome conversations and made STELLAR long islands for us! We went a total of three times during our trip to Wausau and had amazing experiences and food each and every time! Their cheese curds are out of this world, the fried pickles, nachos, and beer cheese soup were the best we've ever had. Their wing flavors were great as well. We had the wisconsin sourdough and the county stadium burger and were blown away. All in all this is a wonderful place to go with family, friends, coworkers or solo (you will most definitely make some friends : they have a really nice bar set up and tons of TVs. We loved watching the Stanley cup finals there. 10/10 would recommend and WILL be back!!!!

This place knows how to Burger. The beer selection is phenomenal.I had the Hickory Cheddar Burger with Buttermilk batter onion rings. The Burger was juicy and delicious. Easily the best burger I've had in months, if not this year so far. The onion rings we're huge slices of sweet onion, at least an inch thick. Crispy, delicious batter.I washed it down with a Third Space Heavenly Haze. That's one fantastic beer.Wait staff were decent. Nothing bad at all here.Great experience, would for sure come again for another burger.
