I had a frustrating experience at this gas station. The cashier was rude, and the pumps felt poorly maintained. When I tried to use my debit card, the pump screen instructed me to enter my PIN but then cancelled the transaction without explanation. I even found a sticky note on the pump with completely different instructions. After filling up to about half a tank for $30, the pump abruptly stopped. When I went inside to report the issue, the cashier was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my concerns. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Tonight, there was a sign indicating that they closed at 10:00 instead of 11:00. Unfortunately, they closed early, as I found them already shut when I arrived at 9:53. What a disappointment.

Large coffee fresh and ready. my favorite convenience store. Staff friendly. Quick visit, hot food.

I love this gas station and their products but today 7/18/2019 I purchased a Macaroni Ham and Cheese salad and when I got to my Mom's to have it for lunch it had a terrible taste, when I looked on the cover and it said best by 7/17/2019. I took it back to the store and I did get my money back but she first told me they don't give refunds on food, well I told her that salad should not even been out for purchase to begin with because it was past due date. I always buy this salad because it is so good but will surely watch the date on it from now on.

I had a disappointing experience at the Holiday Store in Wausau, WI. They refused to give me my free coffee because it wasn't yet 7 AM. I feel this is false advertising and misleading, as the radio announcement didn't mention any time restrictions for the free coffee on Tuesday. I won't be returning to this location.
