5 stars for all of the fantastic individual workers, -4 stars for the corporation and the future armed guards to protect against someone stealing a frozen pizza. Go to Aldi right across the street, it's more affordable and has better quality in just about every aspect.

Ordered my groceries online for pick-up and there was a little mess up when I got home. Lindsey was QUICK to offer to deliver the correct item to my house. I thought that was amazing!! We love Hy-Vee always, but this seemed above and beyond since I’m not just right in town! Thank you!!

Not recommending the bakery. It’s my son’s birthday today and this is the cake we got. Should have inspected it earlier but had to hide it fast. The print in the top of the cake was still on the plastic printer material and cut horribly. Had to take the whole thing off and move it to get candles in. For $30 I could have made a better cake.

Yesterday after our grocery pickup, I noticed several dairy items missing from our pickup order. I contacted customer service today and they hand delivered the items right to my door! Thanks Waukee Hyvee kiosk for the excellent customer service!!
