If you plan to use the restroom, I advise against it! They don't keep any toilet paper or paper towels stocked, which is quite an oversight. When I asked an employee who was restocking supplies if I could speak with the manager, he said he was the manager. I let him know that the bathroom was out of toilet paper and needed to be restocked, but he outright ignored me and continued his tasks. This is absolutely unacceptable. I ended up calling the corporate office to file a complaint. I suggest steering clear of this establishment!

I have expressed my concerns about this place multiple times. Their gas pumps often don't work, and there are employees smoking outside all over the place. Additionally, my online to-go orders are frequently ignored. Today, I went inside and witnessed the assistant manager throwing a fit, declaring that if one more person complained, it would be the last straw. Meanwhile, I was left standing there without my food. I had placed my order online and went to pick it up, but he claimed he never received it, even though I could see my name and order on the screen behind him. He then walked out of the store without explaining what was going on with my food, leaving what I assume was an off-duty employee, not in uniform, to prepare my order. This is utterly ridiculous—he was the assistant manager!

The customer service was rude, and the restaurant itself was not clean. I was told I hadn't placed an order, despite having email confirmation. The employees appeared unkempt and seemed to come directly from smoking to preparing food.

Card readers are always messed up and receipt printers never work

Stopped for gas and a soft drink. Gas was paid for by card. It is 1040pm. Went into the store to get soda and a candy bar.. clerk states... Card only. We are closing soon and I counted my drawer. Another customer wanted to prepay cash for gas and was told.. sorry. I counted my register and it is card only..
