First time going to Firehouse Subs Waterville, Maine! I was VERY pleasantly surprised!! I mean, it’s subs..right? How hard can it be? Lemme tell you… I’m kinda fussy especially about my pastrami!! This was hands down the best sub I have ever had!!! The super surprise for me was that even for pastrami this was NOT overly salty at all!!! Tender and delicious! The bread substantial yet light. My husband got the classic Italian and he was so impressed he had me try a bite( he usually never shares) and boy was he right!! I am salt sensitive and expected it to be too much for me but again amazed at how un salty the meats are! Staff very friendly and pleasant We have found our new go to sub shop!! Thank you!!

These are the best subs around!!!! Well worth the money!!! We go 2 or 3 times a month to Waterville for a fantastic sun. My favorite is the NY Steamer. Very friendly staff!!!

Good subshop, I like it better than subway. Clean, and the staff was nice this time (is not always in the past! The food was freshly tasted and made timely. Come back!
