フィードバックを提供するOur visit started off on a rocky note as we were quickly seated but then left without attention for quite some time. After requesting service, we were lucky to be helped by Tommy, an exceptional employee who had already finished his shift. He took our drink orders and was truly outstanding. When our designated waiter finally showed up, he appeared unwell and apologized for the delay, which we completely understood. He took our orders but had to leave unexpectedly. Fortunately, Tommy returned and noticed we were still waiting for our food. His enthusiasm and positive attitude turned our experience around, and we ended up having a fantastic time. We could certainly use more people like him in the world! Thanks to Tommy, we will definitely be coming back!
I want to express my gratitude to the front-line staff and those working behind the scenes! As someone who works in the senior living healthcare sector, I understand how challenging things can be in today's world. Exceptional customer service is crucial, especially when three waitstaff are working extremely hard, and some customers, like 'Karens' or 'Karls,' throw tantrums about waiting to be seated or for their orders to be taken. Our waiter, Thomas, was truly dedicated and worked tirelessly. A huge shoutout to him and all the staff there! As for impatient customers, if you can't handle waiting, perhaps you should consider using a delivery service like DoorDash and let someone else wait for you!
I had a much better experience than my last visit. Our server, Tommy, was fantastic—he was attentive and ensured we never ran out of drinks or needed anything. I really wish they would open 24 hours!
I was seated within just a few minutes, and the waitress was friendly and attentive. I ordered the chicken biscuit and gravy bowl, and it was amazing. My first thought was, "Wow, this is a breakfast fit for a king!" I don’t understand all the negative reviews, as I had a wonderful experience here. It seems like there are just a few too many "Karens" with internet access.
Our hotel was right next door, so we ended up visiting this restaurant twice. On the first day, everything went smoothly. The service was quick, and the food was decent. We were in and out in under 40 minutes, and the place was very clean. However, on the second day, things were a bit different. While the food was still good, the service felt a little rushed, even though the staff was friendly. It was clear they were short-handed. I also didn't appreciate overhearing office politics and personal issues coming from the back room. Having worked in sales for 30 years, I can be a bit particular about such things. Despite that, I'd still return. Whenever I'm in the States, Denny's is definitely on my list.
