Cowlick - Watertown

I'm from Ohio up here to visit my daughter at Fort Drum and she always kept talking about ur establishment so I had to try it and oh my God DELICIOUS we will b back in the summer to vist!

So many flavors of ice cream it was almost too difficult to choose. Ended up with the gold bar flavor and was not disappointed. I would definitely stop here again!

Best selection of Perry’s ice cream around! Grassy location with several picnic tables and a tree to sit under. Folks are nice, portions are what you’d expect. Road isn’t too busy. Seriously the most extensive flavor selection I’ve seen.

Great selection of very good ice cream. A small is large enough.

Wonderful little small town ice cream place. It's the kind of place a baseball team might come after a summer evening game. They serve Perry's Ice Cream.
