フィードバックを提供するEating is quite good, it is the service that emphasizes that the waiting staff is so attentive. our server this time was ronak and he treated us as if we were in a fine restaurant. everyone who worked there was incredibly polite.
I waited for over 25 minutes after she had given me my water and she had not yet come to take my order. so it went out.
We had such a bad experience that I wanted to share with others. the server were nice and the hostess was nice, but when it came to it they didn't even help. my man had thrived the eggs, they were in order, but bland. I had the fish tacos that weren't good at all, but I ate them because I assumed I just chose wrong on the menu. the prices were very high for what we received. my chai latte was good. disappointed with the meal we still decided to go to the cake. we have the hummingbird cake. looks beautiful, we both took a bite and it looks immidiatly. it was hard as if it had been left out for days. we strongly asked our server to take it off from the bill that it was clearly heavy and old and asked for the bill. the server came back and said that she couldn't take the cake out of the bill because that's the texture of the cake. my man said okay and paid the bill. I was super annoyed because I never sent back in my life food before, as it is not justified in the rule. but that was really disgusting, and they fell the ball. It wasn't worth talking to a manager. I'd rather leave this. we just came home and were both sick, not a sweat I think we have food poisoning. now my mission to warn others

I’m sure we just visited on an off day, but we had a horrible experience here. Some of the staff were doing their best, which was appreciated. However, it was an organizational disaster. We went as a group and placed our brunch orders ahead of time (as per their request). They had our orders 24 hours in advance. The reservation was made almost a week in advance. It took them an hour to get us our drinks and just over 2 hours to get us our food. Multiple people didn’t even end up getting their orders at all, despite re-ordering those meals 2 hours into the visit. The food was sub par. I visit the Symposium in Guelph quite often, and this food was nowhere near as good as the other location. After waiting an hour and a half, some of the people in our party ended up leaving and just going over to Sunset Grill, where they were served and ended up finishing their meals even before us. Since the reservation was for brunch for the day after our wedding, it was very disappointing. I love the Symposium in Guelph, so booking our brunch here was a no brainer to me (closer to where family was staying overnight after the wedding). If I could go back in time, we probably were better off going through the McDonald’s drive thru ?I won’t be back to this location.
