The staff at this location were extremely friendly. The owner is always present to ensure customers feel welcome. The restaurant was unexpectedly clean and the food was far superior to other pizza places in Waterloo. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The restaurant has great service and a friendly staff. Orders typically take 15-20 minutes, so I recommend ordering ahead of time. The seating area is medium-sized and clean, with tidy washrooms in good condition.

The pizza at this restaurant has improved since my last visit. Despite being busy, the service was faster. I was pleased that they gladly accepted my Air Miles voucher. Overall, it was a positive experience.
