McDonald's - Waterloo

Let's face it.... McDonalds is not even real food I personally would not ever eat here but I was with friends and well we went. Food was cold the wait was long I can't say much more.

Well, it was mid morning so I would have thought the rush was over. Still wad waiting a while in the drive through, only three cars ahead of me. My food was what one would expect from McDonald's, the coffee has gone way downhill in the last year, it you're not there right at openning it's always weak and too sweet. They have driven me back to Tim's...Best English muffin breakfast sandwiches in the world though...

I wouldn't normally review a McDonald's because, well, it's a McDonald's!!Located in the St. Jacob's Wal-Mart, this one is different from any other that I've been to in respect to the service, and it may come down to one person.I'm not sure if she's the manager, but anytime I've gone in (usually for lunch), she's behind the cash.You can't miss her as she's a petite woman with a giant sized personality.She greats you (and I mean everyone) with a smile and you just know she's genuine.She is constantly chatting between the customers and her staff, making everyone feel included... and the staff certainly seems to respond.They are a great team and make "a quick burger" an enjoyable experience.If you're having a lousy day, drop by!
