Burger King - Waterloo

This Restaurant located in good location.The staff is really really polite, warm and friendly and they all make good recommendations.one brown guy who worked on the till he was talk very nicely. I think he was manager thier. I ordered food and I had to wait but I'd say no more than 3 minutes . I will be back soon to try some more of the menu.

I went to the burger king in waterloo and had one vehicle in front of me already at the window. Took the 15 minutes to take my order. When i got it, my burger was cold and bun was stale fries tasted like they sat there for hours. Will never go back here. Their service has become disgusting. When i pay $50.00 i expect my burger to be warm. Stop precooking your food and letting it sit while you all walk around on your cell phones.

Used to be my favorite burger place. In the last year I have gone several times to both waterloo and kitchener burger kings. My burger is constantly cold with stale buns. Used to get two very thin slices of cheese, now only getting one. It is sad during these covid times that they are not doing their best to retain loyal or new customers.

Food wasn't very hot. Bathrooms were dirty and now towels to dry your hands. Quite a let down as haven't had BK in a while.

I love burger King and was so disappointed to see many locations closing down. This place is one of the better locations to get a great whopper. So good.
