Take Sushi - Waterloo

The restaurant made an excellent choice with their menu. The ramen was the best I've had in Sydney, with my nebelrasen having a delicious depth of flavor and perfectly textured noodles. There were plenty of options to choose from, and the sashimi was incredibly fresh. The beef tataki and seaweed salad were also standout dishes.

This restaurant serves the best sushi outside of Japan. The service was prompt, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. Everything was fresh and flavorful, making for a very enjoyable meal.

When this place opened it was amazing, so fresh and the food was so tasty. Now there’s no leader so the miso comes out cold, not one week but 3 weeks in a row we sent it back to get heated and it came out...of the microwave and sat on the bench for 10 Mind. Then Was served cold again!!! There is no variety on the train. You want something you have to order it. The service have gone downhill. We kept going back because it once was good.. won’t be coming back! Oh and the chefs change hands pretty quick too!
