Baskin-robbins - Waterford

He asked for a mocha capuccino ray instead got a chocolate milkshake. also got a pot of butter pecan ice cream, which had carved of thick ice (type of gooey textured). the girl insisted that the drink was made right. she said the explosion is just chocolate ice cream and mocha added. unless I wanted the dunken donuts version, whatever that means, only and last time I will ever go to this place. I should have seen the reviews before I go. no wonder why there was a sign in the window that says being nice to the employees. I'm sure they were screamed more than a few times.

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. Danielle is a terrible employee and was RUDE to my husband. I called to see what the issue was and she continued to talk over me and told me that she had never received an online order in all of the years she had worked and scoffed at us for doing so. Then she put me on hold because she didn’t want to listen to me and only wanted to hear herself speak. I would not recommend this baskin robbins. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve had an issue with attitudes from this place, but her employees are a direct reflection on her character and actions. Who knew that Danielle could make getting ice cream so difficult?

This particular store and employees have no common decency. I came to pick up my daughter's birthday cake, which I had ordered and paid for, and it wasn't there. No one had made it and there was nothing they could do to replace it. No other cakes, no excuse, no calling around to other stores, no refund, and no apology. The days of customer service are gone. They can't get decent people to work and the blonde behind the counter was so rude I was beyong belief. I left in tears with no cake and no refund.

Had no idea what flavors I was asking for asked for 6 different kinds and they didn’t have any of them.She then told me they had a kind and then when i got to the window “someone marked the slots wrong and they actually don’t have what i ordered”When we finally were irritated and asked for what kinds THEY DO have she named flavors like chocolate, vanilla, strawberry.Just bad customer service, she kept laughing and had no idea what she was doing.

Horrible customer service. People that work here have bad hygiene.
