Frankie's Family - Waterbury

Best hotdogs ever, their chicken tenders are top tier, #1 out of waterbury, I believe its worth it 100 times, friendly staff and peaceful environment?

Great food always been going there since I was little boy with my family and now I'm 66 and the food is still great same quality same great flavor great Seafood I no longer living Waterbury but I travel 20 miles to get there when I want a good hot dog and that's quite a few times a year

So the fish chips used to be good here.. not anymore. It used to be real pieces of battered cod but now it's like somebody took a box of fish sticks that got run over by a car, fried that up serve it instead. I thought, well a cheeseburger will be safe.. I asked for a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup mustard. Apparently there are only certain things they will put on your cheeseburger. Lettuce, tomato, mayo, yes.. ketchup or mustard, nope. Those are thrown on top of all your food by the handful you will now be required to pick everything apart make it yourself. Also, if you're getting multiple orders of food it can all be stuffed into the same box, that's where it's going, so everybody's food is all mixed together.

It was okay. Took my family there for lunch after hearing great things however half of the menu items were unavailable and they messed up our order. They did fix it immediately. The AC was set so high in there it was too uncomfortable to sit and eat a meal, everyone was shivering. Hotdogs were good. Overall ok.

Very expensive food was ok but not worth the price ordered wings paid for blue cheese dipping sauce but it was purposely forgotten. I won't go to this Frankie's again. Cashier was not polite at all.
