Taco Bell - Watauga

I'm not usually a fan of Taco Bell, but I had a craving for a Mexican pizza after not having one in such a long time! I placed an order online, but when I went to pick it up, they were out of Mexican pizzas. The night shift manager refused to honor my order or provide me with something of equal value. A week later, I still hadn't seen a refund in my account. I decided to call and spoke to a manager named Jaime, and I can't thank him enough! I explained my situation, and he promised that when I came home from work, I could stop by and he would make it right. True to his word, he fulfilled my order in place of the one the night manager wouldn't replace. Thank you, Jaime, for turning my experience into a positive one! Keep up the great customer service!

I had the most enjoyable fast food experience I've ever had. The staff was friendly and efficient. Although this Taco Bell is a bit out of the way, I’ll definitely be returning frequently!
