Super sweet little café, perfect for a friend for coffee, delicious food and drinks. Barista was different

We stopped in as we had a few minutes before our teenagers chiropractic appointment. I had an oatmilk matcha with Peppermint and I think vanilla, blended. The lady that was in front of us got it and it just looked amazing, so I asked for what she had. It was wonderful! My husband got an almond milk latte and he said it was great. I also got the raspberry white chocolate cheesecake and it was scrumptious! My teenager decided to share half of it, and my drink, since I couldn't finish it fast enough for her liking. We will be back, for sure.

Excellent small local store. The owner is very nice and makes great things! It is definitely worth stopping. Her cheesecake is excellent (and I know my cheesecake) and her cake pops are indeed very good.

Alaska Cheesecake Company is one of the only (if not only the only) places in South Central Alaska that has counter sales of full cheesecake. We tried one for my wife's birthday, and they were very flexible in that it was the kind of cheesecake we wanted, including topping details etcetera ...big looking cake! When we tried? Wow! Best cheesecake we've ever had, and we've been on the planet long enough to talk with a lot of experience in our background! We will definitely return to the Alaska Cheesecake Company!

AMAZING!!! I had cheesecake all over the country and this cheesecake seems to defeat them all! Not only was the cheese cake amazing, but the wife Pat who was there, the owner was also an absolute joy and so happy. Every time I go to Alaska, I don't go without some Alaska cheesecake!
