Went here for a Saleka concert (check out her music) Lovely, intimate venue. Staff was amazing and the food was really good. They have vegan and vegetarian options as well as food for the omnivores. They've recently moved to their current location and split the business in two. So there are no records/merch sales at this location however, they have a record store called Brydland Records down the road. Shout out to Chadwick for being an amazing bartender as well. Was a great time
Nice little live music venue. Went to see a place to bury strangers. Cool show, sound wasn't really dialed in, too much mids and highs but nothing some earplugs won't solve
The new location is fantastic. The previous spot had some unavoidable issues with its small size, but that's no longer a problem. The new space is large and open, providing an unobstructed view of the stage from every angle. The sound quality is beautifully balanced—clear and punchy without any harshness.
I really enjoyed visiting this restaurant in Adams Morgan. It's a unique blend of a concert hall and a cafeteria. While they haven't quite managed to capture the same vibe in their new location, they still offer an interesting lineup of events, a fantastic atmosphere, and reasonable prices. The Drag Queen night is especially entertaining, featuring lots of clever and spicy humor.
