This place was on the list of restaurant to visit when I was in DC. I came here for dinner and decided to dine at the bar. Service and food was amazing. The Brussels sprout came highly recommended which to me was a surprised. Low and behold, it was really really good. This place is the place to go because if they can make Brussels sprout taste that good, they can make anything taste amazing.
I had an excellent brunch! The dining room was cozy and inviting. The eggs Benedict was one of the best I've ever had, featuring a well-balanced sauce and delicious lobster and shrimp. The French press coffee was fantastic, although I would have preferred the cappuccino to be a bit stronger. The olive oil infused with anise was a unique and aromatic touch. Our waiter was very friendly despite the rainy morning on September 23rd.
I visited this restaurant during restaurant week for dinner, and everything was fantastic. The ambiance, service, and especially the food were outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The cocktails were excellent, particularly the hard splash and the old-fashioned. The seafood was the best I’ve ever had, with the red snapper being perfectly prepared and the highlight of my meal. Keep in mind that the parking is limited to street parking, so you may need to find alternative transportation. I would recommend taking a taxi or a bus.
The Michelin Star restaurant offers an all-encompassing experience. With its inviting ambiance, excellent management, attentive customer service, and exquisite dishes that tantalize your senses, it's a must-visit when you're in D.C. A tip: on Friday and Saturday nights at 9 PM, a jazz band performs in the restaurant, adding a lovely touch to your dining experience.
