I can only speak about their delivery service. The food arrives hot, and the delivery is consistently quicker than anticipated. The staff is always courteous, and I make sure to tip well because of the quality and quantity of the food, which is above average. As for vegetarian options, the selection isn't extensive, but the dishes they do offer are quite good.

I had shrimp and broccoli for lunch, and I was very disappointed. The shrimp was poorly fried, and the breading tasted like plain flour. The fried rice was undercooked as well. When I went back for a refund or to exchange my meal, the cashier was rude. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he wanted to argue with me about how many shrimp were left in my dish, as if there was nothing he could do. He initially offered me three wings with no sides, then changed it to two wings with rice. The length of time it took to address this situation and the arguing with a customer is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning!

The person taking phone calls and orders was discourteous. He raised his voice at me simply because I changed my order. I found his behavior very unprofessional, and it felt disrespectful. Additionally, I observed the staff handling both frozen and fresh food with their bare hands—without wearing gloves or hair coverings. One of the employees was sweating over the food, which is quite unhygienic. This raises serious health concerns, and I believe the restaurant should be shut down.

Fries were soggy and the chicken tasted weird. Would not recommend for wings and fries combo by any means. 0/5

It was OK ? for another one of DC's carryout. I gave it 3stars because the food was average, the service was OK, and the atmosphere was small and cramped, however my order was a takeout ? order and it's location was down the street from my job.Food: 3/5
