Either the work hours were not updated accurately on Google maps, or the staff was incredibly rude, or possibly both. I came to this place specifically because they have “printwithme” service that was listed as open until 9:30 pm, and I urgently needed some important documents printed late in the evening. However, upon arriving and starting to print the documents, I was abruptly told that the place was closed, and the request was delivered in a very impolite manner.Please make sure that yours (and your services) operating hours are correctly reflected on online platforms, like Google maps and train the staff to be more patient and courteous with clients. 5 minutes of waiting for Mk my papers to print wouldn't have changed much for you, but it could seriously save me thousands of dollars.I was told by the staff to never come back and I surely never will.

BLT was good but my coffee was terrible. It had a burned taste.

The staff here is incredible and kind (they deserve a huge raise). However, it’s embarrassing that management has been forcing a $1 addition to all orders with egg for months now. Egg prices are back to normal and have been for weeks. If you want to charge your customers more, just say that instead of hiding behind a random supply issue that no longer exists ….. also embarrassing that I’ve seen management present at the shop a total of 0 times over the last year (I go or walk by nearly every day).

Quaint little coffee shop that serves as a fun place to work and a great lunch spot. While the WiFi isn't the fastest, the staff are very friendly and the food portions are quite good. Their interior is small but they have a nice covered dining area.Food: 4/5

Among the most interesting people-watching spots in DC. And a great covered patio!!! Coffee is pretty good. A longtime neighborhood spot.
