I had quite a long wait, but Leslie, I believe that was her name, kept apologizing and was incredibly sweet throughout the entire time. Normally, I encounter rude staff during waits, but she was truly wonderful—definitely the best experience I’ve had so far!

The hash browns were incredibly dry, the croissants were tough, and the sandwich lacked any flavor whatsoever.
