The owner does not care, they take their money and send them everything or nothing. it's not that there is something like that.
This experience was awful. My order never arrived and I was treated poorly by the staff. Whenever I called to inquire about my missing order, they would hang up on me. I requested a refund, but they refused, so I contacted Just Eat. Just Eat's investigation team asked the restaurant if they had delivered my order, and the restaurant lied and said they did. I was left without my food or my money back, which is unacceptable. It's frustrating that they take the restaurant's word over the customer's. My money was wasted, and my children were left disappointed. The staff need to improve their customer service and stop being rude. After my fifth call, I was told that my order had been canceled because my location was out of range, yet they still took my money and marked the order as "delivered" on Just Eat. I am appalled by this experience.
The one star is for the fact that I do love papa johns pizza and it is my favourite pizza. The other stars were lost due to the worst service I have ever had!! I had to call up times about my pizzas!!...When I called up I was passed onto the manager Ranj who abruptly hung up on me when I hadn’t finished speaking, had a terrible attitude and argued with me when I complained about there not being enough cheese on my pizza! I am appalled with the customer service skills! As It took around hours for me to get all my pizzas and not once did I get an apology for the delay or for that fact they missed off toppings for the pizzas, didn’t give me the dips I ordered and lied to me about running out of dips! As when my new pizzas were sent they had dips!! Worst of all they demanded the pizzas I was unhappy with back and when I voiced my concern to the driver about taking the pizzas away due to our current pandemic, as I was not comfortable giving the pizzas back to them as they had been in my house for the past and could potentially be contaminated. He called Ranj, started speaking in Indian in front of us which I found very rude and disrespectful. The first thing she said to me was “I said if you ate more than two slices we will not exchange the pizzas!”. She was awfully rude and horrible!No compensation was offered and In all honesty it ruined my Friday night as I had a long day a work and was ready to relax but papa johns ruined that for me!Leamington spa papa johns staff seriously need to have better customer service training as their attitude is unacceptable! Ranj the manager also desperately needs to sort out of her attitude and I am disgusted that a manager would talk to me so rudely!
Ordered a pizza at arrived lukewarm after Called repeatedly and was fopped off by a member of staff. In the end they admitted they had sent the pizza to the wrong address and had to make a new one. No apology was offered....I would not order from this Papa John's again.
