Papa Johns Pizza - Warsaw

The food is good. But they are very busy and the wait is quite long.

It was delicious loved the crust better than pizza hit crust, theirs sucked. Theirs used to be very good which now awfully.

I was directed to somebody totally out of the store when I called, and then they must’ve only had one person working because it was going to be an hour and a half to two hours before I could even get a pizza. I had a store specific question about a complimentary pizza card so the random person on the other line that texts or emails orders into the store could not help me

This place has been very frustrating lately. The last two times we ordered, they told us our food was ready for pick-up but it wasn't. We had to wait 15 minutes both times. Today when we picked up our food and got home (a 20 minute drive), we found that the garlic knots were dry. They were just dry breadsticks, with no garlic butter, and there were only 6 instead of the usual 7, with one of them smashed. We called and they said they would replace them. We drove back another 20 minutes to get the replacement knots. As we were about to leave the parking lot, we decided to check the knots. No garlic butter again! I thought someone was playing a prank on us, but no, they brought them back and we watched as they made them this time. It was unbelievably bad.

I recently started working at this restaurant a few weeks ago. The staff is friendly, hardworking, and very respectful towards customers. Most of them have been working there for years, so they know what they are doing and consistently deliver great, hot, and fresh pizza on time. I really enjoy working under the management as they are knowledgeable about the menu and have trained everyone very well. The atmosphere is fantastic and I am very happy to be working here.
