Simply the best! Amazing shakes!! The burgers are delicious!!!

Save your self the trouble go to smithfields and add Texas pete.The food itself was good but portion sizes have been changing (at this location only) and apparently the customer service requirements are changing as well. Big signs all over the place. Say the dining room is now open every day until 9:00. But they don't open the dining room until sometime after the drive through. I love cook out and regularly go but I avoid this location like the plague do to the horrendous customer service and smaller than other locations portion sizesParking: Plenty of parking for sure

My daughter found this in her food, I’m not sure if its a braid, bug or animal but she was very disappointed and disgusted, my poor baby thought it was bacon but as you can see it wasn’t— we love cookout, we live over an hour away from this particular location do we couldn’t take it back, but very disappointed disgusted!!! I’m so happy she didn’t eat whatever it is ? …. My nuggets were old and I prayed hard over my food because of the low sanitation grade

This restaurant used to be fantastic, but unfortunately, it seems to have declined recently. We experienced a long wait despite the lack of a significant line. We placed two orders, and both were incorrect. I really hope they can return to their previous quality and improve their service because I genuinely enjoy this place.
