Frankie's Chicken Pizza - Warrington

Two weeks ago I made a order through JUST EAT, the delivery was estimated 45-60 minutes! The food turned up two hours later FREEZING cold. The pizza was hard as a brick the chicken all stook together, completely unedible. I called the shop and asked them to pick the order up as I was not able to eat it. The customer service was disturbing they buttoned the call twice then finally said the delivery driver was on his way to pick up the UNTOUCHED order and give my my money back. I waited a hour and a half for someone to turn up and nobody did at this point it was 11:40pm. So i called the shop once more and they taken down my details and stated that a manager will be in contact. 2 weeks have passed I made a couple more frustrating calls to this scam of a 'restaurant ' and nobody had contacted me. Disgusting avoid at all costs!

Give Frankie a bell last night when I was starving, took nearly 3 hours to come, I could have fell down a grid at this point. Gets back on the phone to ask frankie we’re my donner kebab chicken strips and wedges were and he was like the drivers on his way all 5 times I belled him. Food was hot when it finally got here like but I think the driver must have took a shortcut through Yemen for it to take 3 hours! The donner kebab didn’t even have any lotta bread on it an my arse has been pulling tongues all day dodgy scran gaff that

I would give no stars if I could. Ordered the chicken, and it was delievered a lot sooner than anticipated..... probably because the chicken was uncooked! Took a few bites and there was water in the chicken and it just didnt taste cooked at all; didnt eat the rest but 2-3 bites did enough damage! Spent the rest of the day and night vomitting! Myself and my partner. A waste of money and cost us two days off work! Highly, HIGHLY ... Do NOT recommend.

So ordered online using the Frankies website. Went fine, easy to use and got told we’d have our food delivered in 45 minutes. I then rang up 15 minutes after placing the order because I’d forgotten to order chicken wings. Got told my order was already out for delivery (to which I thought fair enough). Over an hour later my order still has not arrived. I ring up once again for them to tell me that it has not even left the shop yet. I start to explain that About the last call and they hang up on me. So partner goes to collect, we are only given half our order. To which was cold. If your going to eat there go in and get it do not order online.

Delivered wrong pizza, wrong size, wrong toppings. Refused to exchange for the right pizza and wanted extra for the wrong pizza delivered!!
