El Toro - Warrenton

Great food and nice staff! The chips and salsa are my favorite part of the El Toro experience. The salsa is so fresh and tasty, basically addictive. The staff is always very nice and polite. I love coming here with family. Great place to celebrate a birthday! Also very fair lunch specialties.

Such a special treat on the way back from Shenandoah. Margaritas are ginormous. Food is tasty, fresh, and inexpensive. Love their tortillas chips and salsa with a little kick. Great Mexican, would love corn tortillas.

The quality of the food and the relatively quick service are definite highlights of this restaurant. Each table is provided with chips and salsa once you place your order. There's a nice variety of drinks and cocktails available. The layout is a bit unusual and can feel outdated at times, but the bright decorations make for an overall pleasant atmosphere.

Mexican food! The margaritas come in both large and small sizes—definitely a must-try! The large ones are quite a challenge to finish on your own, so it's best to share. Both the drinks and the food were absolutely delicious! The chicken and pork were incredibly flavorful and tender. The Carne Asada was a bit tough, but it didn’t ruin the overall experience. If I didn’t have to travel, I would return in an instant!

We arrived shortly after the restaurant opened and were not very impressed. However, after some time, we returned last night, and what a difference it made! I had the Carnitas with green sauce, and it was delicious! My wife's dish was just as tasty. I've visited all the Mexican restaurants in town, and this one is now at the top of my list. I will definitely come back and bring others with me!
