Starbucks - Warrensburg

My go to drink was an iced matcha latte, until they repeatedly put way too much matcha powder. I would fix it home and end up with almost double drinks in order to get it to taste right. That is how much matcha they were putting in. I have since switched it up to hot chai latte because I was tired of not being able to drink what I ordered. This last time I switched my milk to breve and they did not even steam the milk. Just dumped cold breve in the chai. Disappointed. Probably won’t be back at this point. I don’t have the time or want to repeatedly fix my drinks I have paid a lot of money for or wait for it to be remade by the store. I gave two stars because I’ve never had an issue with the food items I order.

Crowded and cramped location. The folks behind the counter had a hard time hearing an order because of all the stuff going on directly behind them. Definitely not a great place for claustrophobic customers, but even with the busy nature of the location, food and drinks we're making their way out

Ordered hot black coffee in drive thru, and it was like warm. We went inside to get a hot cup and the staff never apologized and was not friendly. It was not even busy.

They forgot to add the base to my caramel frappe. Disappointing when Ive had a rough day, decide to treat myself, and take a big gulp of frappe roast. Have you ever tried that stuff? Its gross. No sugar at all.

I love and often drink coffee here, and the staff is always very friendly, but today, when I was served by one of the employees, he laughed at my accent and ignored my requests, it was very unpleasant, it spoiled my mood in the morning.
