フィードバックを提供するEmployees are rude every time I go through drive thru. They are all rude, Especially the two older ladies . I thought it was just me until I read the other reviews. I didn’t make you get this job don’t take it out on me. Someone needs to teach these people customer service. I’ll take a longer drive to another Starbucks over this
I had forgotten my wallet and didn't have enough time to run back and get it and be on time for work and an employee here comped my meal. It truly made my week! And my Chai tea was delicious She is legit my hero!
Coffee and drinks took way too long and tasted horrible! Employees were rude as well! I will be contacting customer service!
I frequent this location as it is on my commute to work. Most of the time the service is fine and the drinks are good, however when they do make a mistake and it is brought to their attention it is never a pleasant experience. For starters they ALWAYS try to deny what they did wrong and make the client wrong. Also, they are inconsistent when it comes to how/when you should report mistakes and the methods and timeframes in which your drink can be remade. As much money as I spend there it 's ridiculous the service received when THEY mess up my full price order.
Delicious breakfast food but for the love of God, stop having me run my own card and asking on screen for a tip! Tips are for sit down table service at a restaurant, NOT a drive thru or walk up counter service! The folks at McDs or BK don't ask for tips! WTH?
