フィードバックを提供するI would have got 5 stars on the board, but unfortunately my experience with the staff had made it impossible. I can't come into all details, but someone from the administration must pay more attention to how these shops run and the employees who are hired to represent the popeyes brand.
Waiting in line for about 10 mins then ordered food just to ask to wait on the side. I think their window is broke because the lady at the window had people stop before getting to the window (Picture). While she was nice it was really weird to be a honest. Just hope the food is good because this was all I have been craving
It?s to bad you can?t give 0 or negative stars cause this restaurant (I use the term loosely) would get that. No Mac Cheese, no medium or large cups, no ice, flat pop, and mediocre coleslaw. First time to Popeyes and probably my last. You want good coleslaw skip this place and go straight to Chicken Shack on Ryan 11 mile. Horrible, just plain horrible.
I really enjoy popeyes, but not in this special restaurant. I had placed an online order while sitting on the parking lot. I waited at least 10 minutes to go to the restaurant to pick it up (you can't go the drive thru? I ordered kartoffels and gravure and they didn't even tell me that they were out of the heavy! instead of just sticking pure kartoffels in my pocket. but they assured that the other dame picked up the food to know and gave her a chance to choose another side. wth?
I was so excited to try this Popeyes out, but I was so disappointed. I will never come back to this location. The women's bathroom was a mess and had no toilet paper. The men's room had no napkins. The staff was told about it and did nothing about it. One employee was on her phone continuously. My order was messed up in several ways. I noticed the manager had come in from smoking outside and did not wash his hands. He handled money twice when given a drop from his employees and didn't wash his hands and started touching food. My food was ordered through the app which the app itself is a mess and when I got there I had to wait at least another ten minutes before it was ready. They were out of several condiments. A lot of employees just walked around not seeming to care except for one female employee who was extremely nice and apologized several times about forgetting items and for the wait. Terrible, terrible experience!
