Burger King - Warren

Despite being severely understaffed, the pleasant staff at the restaurant did their best to ensure that all the food was hot and made correctly.

I visited this restaurant around 11:00 PM on a Friday for Drive-thru. The car ahead of me ordered $40 worth of food, causing a 20-minute delay to place my order even though there was only one car ahead of me. However, once I reached the window, I was greeted with an immediate apology for the delay. The young lady working was very professional and apologetic, taking responsibility for the delay. Despite my frustration, I appreciated her accountability. The food I received was fresh and hot. While the situation was not ideal, the team members' responsibility and professionalism were on par with that of Chick-fil-A, which I cannot say for any other fast food chain. Kudos to this restaurant!
