Slim Chickens - Warr Acres

This restaurant is fantastic, with helpful staff and delicious food. It will definitely be a go-to spot for us in town whenever we're looking for a quick and tasty meal.

Great job, you incompetent fools. How could you mix up slim sauce and ranch? Why would I even order ranch at Slim's Chicken when they have delicious slim sauce available right at the drive-through window? I was extremely disappointed to find lukewarm ranch with my chicken instead of the tasty slim sauce. You've disappointed me. I hope you're satisfied with yourselves.

I tried just calling to check what desserts were available I called three different times within 2 hours and got no answer... I just wanted some strawberry cheesecake:

The food here is made to order and fresh. The service is what you'd expect with post covid restaurants, it gets by but can take longer as most restaurants remain short staffed. I love their chicken tenders, they are not as heavily breaded as most places and sub fried pickles as my side usually Great dipping sauces, but the cayenne ranch is my favorite. My lunch was $17, up from last year but about what you should expect with the increases in food and labor costs restaurants have seen this year.

I would give this place a 5 star review if it deserved 5 stars, but it doesn 't. Where do I begin? Let 's say it was Wednesday of last week when I went to order the regular tender order with slim sauce, 2 extra sauce with a slim sandwich meal. All was fine, drove off and went home. Got home, opened the bag and my order everything was completely wrong. Wings instead of tenders, ranch instead of Slims and my sandwich order was missing fries! Called the location, talked to the Manager and was told, I 'm sorry, we can 't refund you anything and you can come up tomorrow and get that order of fries we missed and some tenders. Like what? Ain 't nobody got time for that. First off, Gas isn 't cheap unless it 's coming from me after some baked beans and it was YOUR fault for my incorrect order. Seems the IQ level of people at this location rival a squirrel and my pet rock from elementary school. 0/8 would not recommend.
