Cumberland Farms - Ware

Employees are USUALLY nice and helpful. Pretty clean. Cappuccino machine actually being full is a 50/50 chance but good selection of items and many deals if you're paying attention

I have gone here a few times only because it's convenient prior to going to Walmart in ware. Both times I went, the staff was miserable. This last time was the worst. A line of people at the register and only one gentleman working. The other three staffwere too busy talking about their personal lives. Finally the gentleman spoke up and asked them to work. This woman Keri cameover and started cashing people out but made it seem as if we were and inconvenience, attitude and all. Then kept leaving tofinish the conversation while waiting for card transactions to be approved. I won't be going here again. If you do not haverespect, not only for people or your job, when I know many who would do anything for a paycheck, then maybe you shouldn't beworking in customer service. Never again. The only one I've NEVER had a bad experience in was the Cumberland in Sturbridge.

Cumberlands is a 24-hour store, making it incredibly convenient.

The smart pay system isn't functioning properly, and I often find the windshield wash station empty whenever I stop for gas.

This Cumberland Farms is the dirtiest one I've ever visited! On top of that, the customer service was terrible when I asked a simple question. There were no flavored creamers available, and when I inquired about it, the staff member barely interacted with me and seemed to just dismiss my concern with the look on his face. This franchise really needs to improve.
