Cumberland Farms - Ware

Cumberlands here is a 24hr store and is very convenient.

Smart pay system is not working 100% and there seems to be an empty windshield wash station every time I get gas.

This Cumberland farms is the dirtiest one I have ever been too! To top it off worst customer service when asking a question. No flavor creamers and when asked what happened? Lack of interaction.. just pretty much telling me to deal with it with the look onhis face. The franchise needs to do better.

Employees are USUALLY nice and helpful. Pretty clean. Cappuccino machine actually being full is a 50/50 chance but good selection of items and many deals if you're paying attention

I have gone here a few times only because it's convenient prior to going to Walmart in ware. Both times I went, the staff was miserable. This last time was the worst. A line of people at the register and only one gentleman working. The other three staffwere too busy talking about their personal lives. Finally the gentleman spoke up and asked them to work. This woman Keri cameover and started cashing people out but made it seem as if we were and inconvenience, attitude and all. Then kept leaving tofinish the conversation while waiting for card transactions to be approved. I won't be going here again. If you do not haverespect, not only for people or your job, when I know many who would do anything for a paycheck, then maybe you shouldn't beworking in customer service. Never again. The only one I've NEVER had a bad experience in was the Cumberland in Sturbridge.
