Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza - Wantagh

The pizza is ok, but better than a lot that are around it. The garlic knots are superb and the meatballs are very good. My only complaint is they are not large meatballs, they are small regular sized ones for $10. They are overpriced.

Besides it getting to me cold. The pizza was burned black.. (not well done) but burnt black! The meatball sandwich was on pizza type dough, not a good sandwich. Better off eating the meatballs with a fork. Trash the rest. Was hopeful this place was good, dissatisfied, disappointed.

Pizza was soggy and wings were dry do not reccommend

Service: 5 out of 5 stars. The staff was attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout the meal. Atmosphere: 5 out of 5 stars. The restaurant had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with soft lighting and comfortable seating that created a relaxed dining experience.

The pizza is fantastic and I was pleasantly surprised by the honey margarita at this restaurant. I can't wait to return and try more items from the menu. The service, atmosphere, and food all receive top marks. The recommended dish is the Coal Oven Roasted Chicken Wings. There is plenty of free parking available.
