I was there with my daughter on New Year's Eve. After an initial good impression when entering the restaurant, disillusionment quickly set in. By the time we arrived the store was maybe 2/3 full. First the positive impressions: We liked the furnishings, nice tables, comfortable chairs, the atmosphere was also right. Unfortunately, this is where the positive impressions end. We noticed negative things: We had to wait 20 minutes for the drink order to be taken. We saw the same thing and much worse at neighboring tables. Plates were not picked up from the table, I put them on the tray cart myself at some point. Empty food was not replenished or was only replenished extremely slowly. The freshly prepared Teppanyaki meals came to the table almost cold and the meat died twice. The dessert buffet was completely empty except for a few canned fruits. I am not a local resident, this was my first and certainly last visit there. So I can't say anything about what it's like there. My impression was that you would be hopelessly overwhelmed with a full restaurant. To ask for an extra surcharge on New Year's Eve is a mockery for guests. As I said, my experience only reflects this one visit. Other guests seem to have had better experiences.

We sat at the back by the window, it was uncomfortable and cold. I found that the refrigeration of sushi was too cold and everything lost its taste. Tip: go as early as possible then all the food is fresh and hot, we only had a little hot food refilled after 1.30 p.m. The taste was fine.
