The Grand Union - Wandsworth

I recently had drinks with a friend at a restaurant that has now been renamed White Lion. The ambience is even better than before, and they now allow children in the daytime. It's a lovely setting for all to enjoy.

Such a lovely pub. Outside is lovely. Huts are perfect for a gathering with friends! Cocktails priced really reasonable!

Went in for late lunch only people in bar area seating asked for menus so staff knew we would be eating no one came to table to take drinks order so we went to bar ourselves menus was somewhat misleading and food was not exceptional sadly

Last night was the best night I had in a long time. I went to the Grand Union and i love what they have done with the beer garden, thy've upgraded and it's amazing. It makes you feel like you are somewhere else, i felt like i was on holiday.The staff is very friendly and the lady who served us (Daisy) was amazing. Kenny the manager doesn't take any **** from people that behave like jerks and he make sure the customers are happy and having a great time.It was a wonderful experience, i went there with my boyfriend and we ended up chatting with some wonderful people sitting at the same table than us!Keep the good work guys... i will definitely be back for some more!!

I have been visiting Grand Union for years and have had many a good night here but recently all I've received is bad attitude and lousy cocktails. Change of management?Such a shame and waste of a great garden
