Mc Donalds - Wandana Heights

Went on a study break to get a frappe, apparently they don't do frappes AFTER I ORDER ONE YESTERDAY!! Then tried to argue with my friend that her order wasn't what she ordered even though she had her receipt with her. Which they also chose to leave out an item in the order, without saying anything Waited in line for 10 minutes to have the service be absolutely disgusting! And they weren't even busy. It was 2 pm, had 2 car in the drive-through and more customers in the store but decided to ignore everyone in the store when there was people waiting in line to be served. Had to drive 20 minutes to another McDonalds to get what we originally order

I just ordered a simple breakfast to be delivered via Deliveroo. How do you stuff up a sausage and egg McMuffin!!! Worst McDonalds in the country!

Not a clean table in sight. Bins overflowing. Rubbish everywhere (including food preparation areas). Food still freezing cold in the middle.

Order delivered was missing items and everything that was delivered was stone cold. Phoned store and spoke to ‘manager’ who invited me to go pick up missing items...seriously?...so why did I even bother paying delivery fee then? Worst customer service ever. This so called manager was rude, argumentative and insulting...he literally shouted and swore...and then he hung up. This incompetent lout doesn’t belong anywhere near customers. Epic fail McDonalds Waurn Ponds...absolutely epic fail. Would NOT recommend this store.

I believe this store is very understaffed, the first time I brought my Grandson in it took 25 minutes for a soft-serve cone (There were only 3 other people in the restaurant. I wanted to believe that maybe someone had called in sick but after going back it was so much worse. Will not be back.
