Used to be great! Now....not so much. Ordered a raspberry espresso drink, and they brought out the frozen version. I explained to them that I would have never ordered a frozen drink as it was 34 degrees outside and she said “That's what you said.” Refused to correct her mistake and then forced us to pay for the new drink. Cozy little coffee shop tucked away in Tullahoma. They have good coffee, good sandwiches (Pepper Jack Panini is definitely worth a try), and good pastries. The Cup also offers a fresh selection of gelato if you're looking for some dessert. I have subtracted a star simply because the last few times I've been there, service had been slow to take your order at the front counter. This place is timeless and wonderful. Great food and coffee. Unique culturally and beautiful. This place is a real hidden gem, everyone should go at least once

Moved to the area recently and was blown away by this place. Incredible food and experience that exceeded all expectations.
