Chick-fil-a - Walterhill

Drive through was out the entrance and it took us 45 minutes to an hour to get to the window to get our food. Was it worth it.... I don't know but it was delicious.

Service is going downhill here. Came here at 6:40 a.m. still in line at 7:05. Looked inside, everybody moving slow and there no hurry or politeness like you normally get at Chick-fil-A. Used to could get through here in 10 or 15 minutes at this time of day.

Slowest chick fila in town. You will sit in line for hours. Go to Collierville or East Memphis.

This Chick-fil-A doesn’t have enough staff. It used to be one of the best ones to go to with quick service but it is all gone downhill since Covid. Maybe one day I’ll return but I’ll just stick to the one in the Wolfchase area. At least there you can order curbside.

I'm giving 4 stars just because people preparing your food and have it ready for you were awesome, but I'll give 3 stars for customer service of people taking your order. The lady didn't know the menu. When we asked her what was the best food they had, she said “I don't know” and showed us the menu in her iPad.
