The Plough Harrow - Walsall

It was my birthday and I made a reservation through the Fork App for me, my husband, daughter, mother-in-law, and father-in-law. When we arrived, the host couldn't find my reservation and immediately assumed I had booked the wrong place without asking any questions. I provided proof of my booking, but was told they had been experiencing issues with bookings through the Fork App. Despite this, we were eventually seated without a warm welcome or apology for the confusion. The waitress seemed lacking in confidence and simply asked if we wanted to order without greeting us properly. The service was slow for both food and drinks. Although the food was delicious, the overall experience was greatly impacted by the poor service.

The food at this restaurant was excellent and the waitress, Chloe, was incredibly helpful. My wife was very impressed. It was a great dining experience!

The pub atmosphere was very enjoyable. The waitstaff was attentive and friendly, willing to accommodate changes to orders. However, the food was not the most impressive. If I were to come back, it would be for drinks rather than the food.
