Tgi Fridays - Walsall

We reserved the Bottomless Brunch for a Birthday Celebration. We asked to be seated away from young families for a more enjoyable time. Initially, the management told us this was not possible, but shortly after, they seated us in a more suitable area. Our food took a little while to arrive, but it was cooked well. The staff checked on our drinks regularly and refilled them as needed. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. Additionally, if you're celebrating a birthday, the staff will sing Happy Birthday to you and provide a generous slice of cake, which was a nice touch.

Laura was fantastic! Her service, professionalism, and friendliness really enhanced our visit to TGI Fridays. I mentioned that I was a pescatarian, and she went above and beyond to make sure my dietary preferences were accommodated. She consistently checked on us to ensure everything was to our liking. Laura truly made our experience memorable.

We visited this restaurant on Christmas Eve for a meal, and it was a delightful experience. The service was prompt and courteous. Matt did an excellent job in ensuring that our evening was enjoyable.

Good food and service. Would recommend. Clo was very helpful. Will be returning in the new year for another meal.

Good food. Just a bit pricey. Could do with more sides with the burgers, just fries is a little measley.
