No 1 Pizza - Walsall

Pizza No1 was once a top choice in the pizza scene in Walsall. I used to love their mouthwatering pizzas like the Elpaso, which was my favorite and go-to meal for many years. It was a delicious, juicy, and spicy pizza that kept me coming back week after week. However, in recent years, the quality, freshness, and overall taste have seemed to decline. Despite giving it another chance in the hopes of improvements, Pizza No1 continues to disappoint with consistently poor standards, possibly due to recent changes in ownership. Sadly, Pizza No1 no longer lives up to its former glory.

This pizza place in Walsall is the worst - it's become so expensive and takes about 2 hours to deliver. The staff are very rude on the phone and I can't say anything good about them. I will never order from them again.

The pizza toppings could use more meat, but overall it is still very good. I have always enjoyed ordering from this restaurant, but in the past few times, they have gotten my order wrong. I requested for jalapeños to be removed online because my kids cannot eat them, but they were still added. I have emailed them about this issue, but have not received a response. I may have to look for a new pizza place if this continues.

Always amazing pizzas. Can honestly say that I have never had a bad pizza from this establishment. The customer service could be a little better but what do you expect from a pizza place? lol I don't mind not receiving the royal treatment providing my pizzas stay good ; well done No1s : (this was review 8 years ago today and this place STILL delivers well.. the food is amazing and all the pizzas are made with care and quality ingredients throughout.. believe it may be under new management now and seems a lot busier.. keep up the great work No1 Pizza Walsall

I would not have even given a 1 star but just to review. Rude, absolutely Vile man over the phone. No communication skills what so ever. Never order from that place ever again. Waste of time
