フィードバックを提供するI had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The woman with red hair who took my order was quite rude and made my sandwich incorrectly. When I tried to explain what I wanted, she interrupted me, claiming she couldn't hear me. I simply asked for a 6-inch Italian bread sandwich, toasted. Instead, she added salami, cheese, and a bunch of other ingredients that I didn't request. I was actually wanting a tuna sandwich. Then, she shook her head and whispered something to another employee. I chose not to mention the mistake since I just wanted to leave. Overall, this was not an acceptable way to treat a customer, especially as a local. It doesn't take much to show patience and ask clarifying questions.

Overall, this was not an appropriate way to treat a customer, especially as a local resident. A little patience and asking for clarification would go a long way.
