The best pizza in Wallingford. You can't beat their thin crust.

The delivery order took 1 1/2 hours, much longer than the promised 40 minutes, which is unacceptable. The food was not hot by the time it arrived, leaving me very disappointed. However, I did receive a call from the restaurant and they are refunding my money, which I find very honorable that they are making it right.

I ordered a party-sized pizza for $27. I asked for sausage and meatball on one half and half with broccoli and half plain cheese on the other half. However, I was told they couldn't do that. The customer service was lacking as the person on the phone wouldn't even ask the cook if they could accommodate my request. In the end, I received half broccoli and half meat. The pizza was delicious, but the service was poor. I paid $36 including tip, and my daughter had to pick off the broccoli from her portion. Overall, not a great experience.

I have been a Napoli die hard for 40 years,with that said,I love Silver sands...best lunch deal in town,I like the variety of slices offered...and delivery!

Worst pizza ever!! I will not order nor go back. I ask for turkey pepperoni which clearly is not what I ask.. the picture shown… who will order cold cuts turkey/with pepperoni on pizza? I’ll wait.. terrible customer service. Usually a cook will come to the customer in front and ask Pacific questions if the cook/chef did not understand the order. Make it make sense. The cook never came out to me.
