I?ve been meaning to stop by here every time I drove by but they were either out or closed and so I finally got the opportunity to stop by today and I have to say I am so glad I did what amazing food! Got a breakfast burrito and I took me a half a poundof brisket home to eat later. Burrito was delicious so so big for the price it was amazing. Sat down to eat my brisket later,and I am generally not a barbecue sauce person so I was super thankful they put the sauce on the side and then they have acontainer of pickles on the side as well, I love pickles. I decided to taste the barbecue sauce and that is the best thing thatI think I?ve ever put in my mouth combined with those pickles and I have no idea where you get them or if you make them yourselfbecause they had cucumber freshness they were so absolutely delicious and the two together on the brisket is probably the bestthing I?ve had ever. Will definitely make this one of my favorite stomping grounds.

The food is incredible, but the business is extremely inconsistent. I've visited Wallace about six times this year, at various times and on different days, only to find it closed each time. If you have posted hours of operation, I would expect you to adhere to them, at least somewhat.

I recently had some of the best brisket I’ve enjoyed in a long time. I tried the brisket tacos and found them so delicious that I had to order another one!
