Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I mistakenly placed an order at the wrong restaurant. I called to cancel and was assured that I would be refunded. However, after two weeks, I have still not received my refund despite multiple attempts to follow up, including visiting the store in person and requesting to speak to a District Manager. I have been told that they are not allowed to provide me with the contact information for the District Manager.

I waited in the drive-thru line for 25 minutes, only to find out they were out of signature sandwiches. Despite still having two hours until closing time at 10pm, I was rushed to place my order and told there was a limit of two tickets per car. Feeling frustrated by the lack of options and the rude treatment, I ultimately decided to leave. While I understand that many restaurants are understaffed these days, the situation could have been handled better.

The customer service at this restaurant is in serious need of improvement. I typically order from Zaxby's once a week, but last night's experience was disappointing. They were out of fries and coke, so I settled for sandwiches and cherry cokes. However, the cherry cokes tasted terrible and when I called to complain, they simply said "Thank you." To make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered they had charged me for a meal and given me toast instead of fries. Their attitude was rude and unprofessional. I have decided to never return to Zaxby's in Walkertown and will be taking my business elsewhere.

The last several times we visited this location they?ve gotten the order wrong each time, and also leave out sauces. Place has really gone down hill from our personal experiences. We won?t be going back anymore.

9:02 p.m. on a Sunday night in the dining room is closed go figure!! Just lost our business...Door says you close at 10pm??? Fix the time on the door!!
