フィードバックを提供するThe food was hot. Waitress was very nice and they made me extremely comfortable. I had an awesome time.
This is such a shame because with grace, this could have been a 4/5 star review and definitely repeat business. However, it didn 't end that way. For someone who eats out alot, I could have easy seen me and my people here for a bite and cocktails regularly even at 40-50 bucks a piece (although it might not be completely worth it) because we support brown business...Let 's start with the facts. Yes. It was a reserved party of 35 with a 300 deposit. Unfortunately, only like 13 showed up. Yes, the birthday girl was like 40 minutes late.....now, nothing written anywhere says this resulted in the loss of money.. the conversation the owner (youngish brown woman with braids)also did not end with the understanding of 300 lost. She said reserver (bday lady) would not get it back, but it would go to the bill. Cool, she was ok with that...Nothing about late or party number was stated or relevant in that conversation.Sooo we go on to have a good time. Service was good. Slightly slow, but they have servers bringing drinks, meat, etc. So we understood and were not upset about that Ashley was actually very good as a waitress. 5 stars. Food was good/ok, we did wait for replenishment of multiple things and definitely waited for and had to ask for meat service. Additionaly most food was kind of bland, omlette lady didnt know how to make omlettes, food was luke warm etc..(Not normal/ok for good business but it was alright we were good)Now we are at the end, and the bill comes, and only 100 of the deposit is reflected. The manager who is now on duty is clearly running off a script. She was told that we understood the 300 was lost due to late arrival and only 25 of the party showing up... we are telling her that 's not the conversation the owner had with the reserver. Even Ashely, the waitress stated to the table that the deposit would be credited toward the bill... we aren 't all lying.... the manager is staring how the late policy is a new polic, but number of people showing up or not has been in place etc.etc...we 're informing her, that new or old, none of it is written anywhere and none of it is in a contract and none of that was said while we were here when the owner spoke to the bday lady...so she just keeps running that script and we are like ok call her back because you keep talking about what she said..we need to talk to she...(because she 's gone for the day)..so now we 're courteously waiting on tqhe owner... and eventually a really muscular brown guy shows up...the other owner....ummm no one has talked to him or knew he existed but ok....he at first glance appears to be mild mannered and is calmly running the same script...the minute anyone other than the birthday lady says anything he is immediately RUDE. At the end of all this. The threats to call the police were unwarranted and just a reflection of poor business etiquette. We never wanted to pay the bill, and the whole thing could have been covered without issue...the fact is... the owner (lady) said the deposit was going to the bill. And if she and policy stated anything different, why even put the 100 of the deposit towards the bill??In the words of the owner (male) that 200 wouldn 't hurt anyone, and yet, here we are...if it didnt hurt he could have stayed in his bed and told them to go ahead and wave it since he didn 't get out of his bed fir principal ....but like I said, this is principal and what was said was not what was done... So, at the end of it, we called CC and disputed anything more than 150 of the deposit, and we left 310 in cash. Yall be blessed and Work it out because yall are wrong. Good business is clear, and bad business is messy. This was messy!!! Ashley, you deserved more, but we didn 't see you to put it in your hands, and we definitely didn 't trust anyone there to just leave it in hopes that you 'd get it... leave them and don 't come back like we did...there are plenty if restaurant that need good servers and we kno
I strongly recommend not coming here. Although the waitress Ashley did a great job. But the owners are very rude and unprofessional they are not on the same page when it comes to the rules of group party's. I'm highly disappointed and feel as though I waisted my money.
The bill came out to $600 we put down a $300 deposit before we ate for our reservation. When we were done eating they told us because we was late to our reservation they was gonna keep $200 of our deposit, and add $100 toward our bill and we had to still pay the remaining $500. They had the right idea but the wrong family ?. We asked them to add our deposit toward our bill but they kept refusing. They threatened to call the police so much, we agreed to wait for them. We finally left. Police called me and after I explained to them what happened they said it's petty and they won't investigate anymore or get involved. The best thing about this place was the sides and our waitress Ashley. She did so good I still made sure I tipped her.EVERYBODY GO TO FOCO DE CHOW!!
Thank you again to the owners of Lucianna’s Steakhouse for an outstanding service. The waiters were professional, the food was immaculate and my friends were happy. It was absolutely worth the travel.
