Kabob Bq - Waldorf

The phone number is now disconnected for the business. If it was working I could have saved the time and gas driving here. They’ve now “merged” with hip hop chicken. The on screen menus only display hip hop chicken’s menu. There is only a small menu on the counter of kabobbq’s. Only some of the previous items are available. Instead of being able to get the veggie platter for about 14 dollars I would have had to buy everything separately as a side for about 18. No thanks. The last thing we need is another hip hop chicken ?.

The guys who took the order had on hip hop chicken and fish shirts! I believe they are under new management. The food is still fresh but is not the same the flavors/food is definitely subpar compared to what it used to be. This was my go to place for Halal sadly I will not be returning.Food: 2/5

I have been to almost every high end restaurant in Canada and Usa Virginia and Maryland area) but Handsdown this is the best food I have ever eaten.I was so impressed by the simplicity, deliciousness , freshness and presentation of the food that I asked my server to talk with Chef.After speaking with Chef Hashim I found out that Chef has worked in Rasika restaurant in DC as Chef. For those who doesn’t know Rasika is the most prestigious Indian Restaurant in DC and wait time to dine is 3 4 months.I can go on and on for the quality of food and this restaurant. I highly recommend this to everyone who lives in the area.FOOD QUALITY 10/10Price 20/10 The restaurant can charge more and people will pay )Cleanliness 10/10AMBIENCE 5/10 This place is a smallplace with low budget seating areas. Don’t feel discouraged though still a great place to go and dine with your families )Support this celebrity chef who’s has given DC few of the best restaurants in this century.When you visit ask Chef if there is something not in the menu you can also taste as he does a lot of catering’s and it may be your lucky day.

Best lamb chops around. Chef is friendly and involved with everything. Definitely recommend the chick peas as well.
