Starbucks - Wake Forest

Mocha cookie crumble frappuccino ?????????She doesn't ask me that she out of venti cup???????????????

I stopped here after shopping on Monday December 20th the night time staff was extremely rude, like hangout time was ruined because I wanted to order drinks, was told wait a minute. The drink are poorly made and taste horrible, On one of my drinks I asked for lightly sweetened and when she just gave it to me bitter I asked if I could have some sugar and she rolled her eyes and said here and slid some cup across the counter

The employees at this Starbucks act as if the customers are a bother. The steam machine was down and they saw me standing waiting to place an order. They were not very busy and I was invisible to them. I had to ask them to explain what was happening. No courtesy given at all I've experienced this at this location before. Starbucks training has gone downhill. Or is it just North Carolina Starbucks? Germany, Japan, and many other U.S. locations are amazing. Not this Harris Teeter location in Wake Forest. I won't patronize them again.

If you go here in the morning good luck being served. I've been three times where no one is to be found working, wait 10 minutes, and still no one comes. The HT employees have no clue where they go and multiple people just leave. Awful service during a morning commute when you think it would be essential to provide service.

The young staff seemed more interested in enjoying their pretzel snacks than attending to the customers. I ordered a drink, but they didn't begin preparing my tea until they had finished their conversation and snacks.
