As someone from Canton, I can confidently say that the Char Siu, roasted pork, and roasted duck here are definitely above average compared to many places in the United States. However, other dishes like chow fun and chow mein may not be up to par. I'm curious about the origins of this authentic Char Siu recipe that has made its way all the way from Canton.

Great Chinese food in Waimea! I've been dining here for years, and the quality is always consistent. It can vary a bit depending on who serves you, as some staff members are more generous with their portions than others.

I enjoyed the buffet, which offered a fresh and satisfying meal. The service was excellent; the staff promptly cleared our dirty plates and provided fresh water and hot tea, along with quick refills. The crispy chicken was delicious, and the lo mein was also very tasty.
